Delete your account.

From the app

• Open MaxOut and sign in.
• Go to Settings → Account.
• Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

If you have MaxOut Premium, the subscription is cancelled on Google Play first, so that you are not charged again; if that cancellation fails, nothing is deleted and the app tells you so. After that, the account and its data are erased from our servers at that moment, and the app also deletes what it had stored on the phone. This action cannot be undone.

Without the app

Write to us at soporte@oscx.cl from the email you created the account with, with the subject "Delete MaxOut account". We will reply to confirm that the account is yours and delete it within 30 days at most.

If you have MaxOut Premium, also cancel the subscription on Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions): deleting the account by email does not by itself stop Google's charges.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address and password, also in our identity service if you created the account from MaxOut.
• Your profile: display name, profile photo, body weight, height, date of birth and time zone.
• Your training: sessions, exercises, sets, routines and custom exercises, including what you imported from another app.
• Your game progress: experience, coins, items, bags and achievements.
• Your preferences within the app.

What is kept

• The exercise name matches you shared with "Help match imported exercises" are kept, unlinked from your account. They contain only exercise names, never your training.
• Crash reports sent to Sentry do not include your name, your email or your training, and are deleted automatically when their retention period ends.
• The record of each MaxOut Premium purchase (the email, the plan, the amount, the dates and the Google Play identifiers) is kept as accounting support for the transaction.
